The start of daylight savings time isn’t the only thing for you to remember this Sunday March 8th. It’s also the annual celebration of Chrater Day at the Ephrata Cloister! Celebrate the birth of Pennsylvania with FREE ADMISSION to the Historic Ephrata Cloister. In 1681 William Penn was granted a charter for a piece of land in the New World. Historic Ephrata Cloister is an outstanding example of the religious toleration Penn offered in this New World haven. As a special feature of the day, the Ephrata Cloister Chorus will perform in the Saal (meetinghouse) at 2:00pm, 3:00pm and 4:00pm. For more information visit The Ephrata Cloister website.
